What You’ll Do:
* Write clean, scalable Java code using modern frameworks
* Drive the technical direction and evolution of the product
* Act as the go-to technical authority and architecture lead
* Ensure smooth operations, incident resolution, and system resilience
* Support CI/CD processes and testing best practices
* Collaborate on the product backlog and align technical requirements
* Manage technical debt and champion continuous improvement
* Lead deployments and keep product documentation current
* Mentor and grow a high-performing team
What You’ll Bring:
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in dynamic, client-facing environments
* Deep expertise in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot
* Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, and scalable architectures
* Proven track record of leading technical teams
* Passion for clean architecture, testing, and long-term maintainability
* Availability to attend client meetings in Northern Spain a few times a month
