Responsibilities o Reviewing and drafting commercial contracts between the company and client entities (both private and public, with 40% to 50% of billing related to the public sector). o Working autonomously to provide advice to commercial and operational stakeholders across the region. o Reviewing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with client entities and collaborating with the operations team to ensure adherence to established agreements. o Assessing clauses pertaining to compliance with data protection laws and collaborating with the operations team to meet organisational requirements. o Horizon scanning for changes in local laws and regulations which may impact the business and/or operations of Anthesis. o Providing timely responses to internal inquiries through the ticketing system. o Collaborating with the Operations Director, Management System Manager and General Counsel to implement a Compliance system ensuring organizational regulatory compliance through established procedures. o Coordinating with external lawyers when necessary. o Ensure coordination at Group level and escalating matters to the General Counsel, as necessary. o [Advising on commercial property matters when required]
