Support projects that power the world.SEL is seeking a Lead Event Producer to manage and deliver strategic events across the EMEA region, supporting our growth in diverse and dynamic markets.This Madrid-based role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, and global teams to ensure consistent, high-quality event execution across multiple countries and cultures.What you'll doPlan and manage the EMEA event portfolio, including just-in-time opportunities.Oversee budgets, vendors, contracts, and regional compliance (VAT, logistics).

Produce event materials in collaboration with General Marketing.Manage lead capture and reporting using Salesforce and event tools.Deliver clear post-event insights and performance metrics.Secure speaking slots and partnerships with key organizers.What you bring4–7 years of international event production experience.Strong operational and stakeholder management skills.Experience with Cvent, Salesforce, and cross-functional collaboration.Fluency in Arabic, English and Spanish.Comfort working across regions, cultures, and time zones.International travel availability.Why SEL?
