Job Description:
We're looking to recruit an HR Professional / Manager in Spain, based in Terrassa, for an international organisation manufacturing industrial processing machinery.
Responsibilities:
* Manage, administer, and improve the entire employee life cycle, including workforce planning, recruitment, employee development, training, solution finding, and HR advice.
* Address a full range of HR issues—employee conflicts, compliance, employee classifications, HR policies, and more.
* Design, implement, and monitor HR programs, policies, regulations, and procedures in collaboration with the HR Manager International.
* Work independently on complex issues with minimal guidance, leveraging in-depth disciplinary knowledge.
* Advise managers and employees on HR matters, providing strategic support.
* Handle personal matters in line with legal and collective bargaining requirements.
* Utilize HR reports and analytical approaches effectively.
* Maintain and update HR documentation, including RACI matrices, personal data, job descriptions, FACTORIAL HR software, and organizational charts.
* Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, sourcing, interviews, and LinkedIn Recruitment system administration.
* Manage remuneration processes, including salary adjustments and coordination with external payroll providers.
* Handle international assignments.
* Assist the HR Manager International with administrative HR issues for EMEA South as needed.
* Support organizational needs through employee development, engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives.
* Promote a positive, inclusive work environment and uphold the company's culture and values.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Professional with a broad skill set across core HR functions.
* Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent).
* 5 to 8 years of progressive HR experience.
* Hands-on approach with the ability to manage HR responsibilities independently.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
