Description and Requirements
Join Lenovo’s Solutions & Services Group (SSG) as a Product Manager Specialist, supporting the development of advanced sports technology solutions. In this role, you will work closely with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to contribute to product direction and ensure effective execution. This is a strong opportunity for an analytical and motivated individual to grow within a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. You will be a part of the team led by the Director of the SSG Sports Vertical.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the development of product vision and strategy based on stakeholder input and market insights
2. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify key trends in sports technology
3. Gather user requirements through engagement with clubs, leagues, and event organizers
4. Assist in managing product roadmaps and defining requirements (PRDs, user stories)
5. Collaborate with Lenovo teams and partners to ensure aligned and feasible solutions
6. Support delivery by tracking progress, clarifying requirements, and contributing to sprint planning
7. Participate in testing and validation of prototypes/POCs, documenting insights for improvement
8. Contribute to go-to-market activities and ensure alignment with privacy, security, and regulatory standards
Qualifications & Skills
9. Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in a relevant field such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Business & Technology
10. Strong English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
11. Analytical mindset with ability to structure problems, work with data, and present insights clearly
12. Proactive, curious, and adaptable in fast-paced environments, with willingness to learn
13. Interest in sports and technology (sports background is an advantage)
14. Basic understanding of product management or agile methodologies is a plus
15. Foundational knowledge of technologies such as AI/ML, IoT, cloud, or data platforms is beneficial
16. Experience preparing presentations, demos, or technical documentation is an advantage
