The Role
Sinclair is currently recruiting for a Medical Sales Representative for injectables in Madrid. The mission of the Medical Sales Representative will be to develop sales within the Madrid territory, achieve the business growth targets set by the company for the Medical channel, and contribute to building and maintaining a solid Sinclair brand awareness within the territory.

Required:
* Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in the pharma and/or medical devices sector, preferably with medical capital equipment or aesthetic products. Experience with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and medical aesthetics doctors will be a plus.
* Minimum Higher Education, and preferably a degree or similar in scientific or business-based topics.
* Highly desirable experience and knowledge of the Aesthetic Medicine sector in Spain.
* Spanish native and English minimum a medium-high level to attend training, events, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
* Daily visits to doctors, assistants, and clinic managers to sell Sinclair’s energy-based devices within the territory assigned (half of Madrid capital, Salamanca, Valladolid and Alcalá de Henares).
* To achieve the positioning and prestige of the brand in the territory assigned.
* Attract and consolidate new clients.
* Arrange appointments with potential customers, identifying their needs and persuading them through a consult sale.
* Developing strategies for increasing opportunities to meet new contacts in the medical aesthetic sector.
* Achieve the commercial objectives set by the company.
* Prepare daily and weekly reports.
* Organization of events, conferences, and training for doctors and other medical staff.
* Presence at congresses, fairs, and other national and international events to represent the Sinclair brand.
* Conduct presentations to clients, keep up-to-date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, and interpret, present, and discuss this data with health professionals during presentations.
* Maintaining a positive cross-collaboration with other departments (clinic, marketing, customer service, technical services, etc).
