Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
* Liaise with local departments (Marketing and Sales) to monitor P&A (Prints and Advertising) budgets and actual expenses.
* Assist in reporting to Head Office, including running reports and analyzing data with SAP and other systems.
* Support month-end and quarter-end financial processes.
* Review expense reports via the CONCUR tool.
* Supervise invoice accounting processes.
* Follow up on Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, producing daily KPI reports and analyses.
* Assist with external, internal, statutory, tax, and title audits.
* Reconcile customer and vendor balances.
* Support other ad hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications
* Recent university graduates (less than 3 years since graduation).
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics (Diploma or Certificate required).
* Proven team player with a good track record.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Willingness to work flexible hours to meet deadlines.
* Willingness to learn and a proactive attitude.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to analyze and present financial data.
* Interest in film and the entertainment industry.
