Support the accurate execution, control, and continuous improvement of settlement, invoicing, and accounting processes for energy operations in organized markets and OTC. Manage commodity stock management (Gas and CO2) and maintain accounting balances for electric and gas markets, financial operations, and brokers. Maintain and implement departmental reporting lines, including periodic and special purpose reports. Ensure deadline compliance for receivable and payable items and manage entities' debts. Control implementation on SAP and Microsoft tools for external/internal auditing. Negotiate follow-up of GEM’s master contracts (ISDA, EFET, MARCO, others) and guarantees to support performance in OTC markets. Manage GEM’s regulatory compliance and integrity processes. Qualifications & Skills
University Degree in Business & Management; a master’s degree is valued. Up to 2 years of experience in settlement, accounting, invoicing, treasury, and tax. Knowledge of electricity and gas markets, both physical and financial. Deep knowledge of OTC operations and derivative products. Strong knowledge of KYC and regulatory compliance. Advanced level of SAP Accounting (MM, SD, FI modules); high proficiency in SAP tools (Winshuttle and others). Power BI and other reporting tools are highly valuable. Fluent in English and Portuguese. Curiosity, agility, proactive attitude and high level of self‑initiative. Strong attention to detail and strong communication, relationship and stakeholder management skills. Organized, analytical and problem‑solving oriented with responsibility and autonomy.
