* Oversee IT operations in collaboration with Infosys and Mercedes-Benz.
* Ensure compliance with SLA, KPI and optimize performance.
* Supervise and enhance incident and problem management processes.
* Ensure security compliance and support audits.
* Analyze storage utilization and generate strategic reports.
* Develop capacity plans and improve user satisfaction.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in IT service management and advanced ITIL knowledge.
* Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
