P At b Mar Recruitment /b, a consultancy specialized in maritime, offshore, and energy sectors, we are currently looking for a b Shorebase Manager /b to join a major b Oil Gas project in Tarragona /b. /p pb Role Description /b /p p The Shorebae Manager is responsible for the overall contractual, commercial, and performance management of the Shorebase Logistics Services Contract. This role ensures full compliance with contractual obligations, KPIs, cost control, and alignment with Client’s operational, HSE, and regulatory requirements throughout both Active and Non-Active periods. /p pb Key Responsibilities /b /p ulli Act as the primary contractual interface with Client /lili Ensure full compliance with the Scope of Work, amendments, and service orders. /lili Monitor performance against agreed KPIs (logistics, transport, warehousing, quayside operations). /lili Manage variations, claims, invoicing validation, and cost control. /lili Coordinate internally with Operations, HSE, Customs, and Security leads. /lili Support audits, inspections, and performance reviews by Client and authorities. /li /ul pb Required Profile /b /p ulli University degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or similar. /lili Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in Oil Gas logistics contracts or port-based operations. /lili Strong knowledge of offshore logistics, shorebase operations, and marine support services. /lili Proven experience managing complex service contracts and KPIs. /lili High level of English proficiency (written and spoken). /lili Strong negotiation, reporting, and stakeholder management skills. /li /ul
