As Test & Commissioning Manager, you will plan and lead field validation of signaling solutions across national and international railway projects. You’ll bridge engineering and field reality, guiding teams to ensure functional and operational readiness while meeting customer expectations. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to optimize testing approaches and uphold safety and quality standards. This role offers impact across diverse railway projects and a culture that values learning, inclusion, and excellence.

• Define and plan comprehensive testing and commissioning strategies for subsystems and signaling systems
• Execute field tests ensuring solutions meet functional and operational requirements
• Coordinate Test & Commissioning activities across project execution phases
• Oversee budgets and allocate resources cost-effectively
• Lead and train local Test & Commissioning teams on international projects
• Deliver maintenance and operation courses with Center of Competence specialists
• Communicate test results and risks to project leadership
• Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with standards and lifecycle models
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in railway signaling projects
• Proven experience in Test & Commissioning with successful project delivery
• xpzdshu Strong knowledge of CENELEC standards and V-life Cycle models
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Customer-focused and goal-oriented with a track record of project success
