At SIXT, we’re looking for a Customer Support Agent for SIXT Ride with fluent German and English skills, experience in customer service, and a proactive attitude. We offer a 100% remote position from anywhere in Spain and the chance to grow within the automotive sector.

YOUR ROLE

* Together with the support team, act as the interface between customers and chauffeurs
* Ensure high-quality standards are met and that every customer is safely transported from point A to B
* Monitor driver punctuality worldwide using our custom-developed tools and organize alternatives if necessary
* Make sure each booked transfer is assigned to the appropriate driver
* Ensure that drivers and customers find each other – whether at a major airport, hotel, trade fair, company, or private residence – even when things get chaotic
* Take care of every customer – celebrity or not

YOUR SKILLS
* Fluency in both German and English, with excellent communication skills
* Passion for customer service and a genuine interest in supporting and assisting clients
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar customer-facing or service-oriented role
* Proficiency with MS Office tools and confidence in working with digital systems
* Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with availability for rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday
* A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences
