At Amazon, we are always exploring new opportunities to shape our global business. Our Process Improvers help us move forward with our best ideas and get everything in place to drive success. In this role, you will own and improve self‑created tools built in Python that support Last Mile forecasting and planning processes. You will be the owner of quarterly DPPH guidance plans (Q2G, Q3G, Q4G) and responsible for producing weekly and monthly reports for senior leadership. As you take on different projects, you'll become an expert in our processes and see your experience evolve. Along the way, you'll work closely with different functions across Amazon and see how working together makes us a leader in what we do.
Key job responsibilitiesEvery day is different as a Process Improver. You'll work both independently and collaboratively on processes at different stages, from identifying inefficiencies to implementing and validating solutions. You might spend your morning analysing routing data and refining a Python tool that automates a forecasting workflow, then spend your afternoon reviewing quarterly plan outputs with partner teams or documenting a new SOP. You will collaborate with other teams, track process performance, and share updates with key stakeholders.
About the teamAmazon Extra Large (AMXL) delivers heavy items like furniture and large appliances across Europe. Within AMXL, the Last Mile Execution (LME) team owns routing efficiency and cost optimisation for 50+ delivery stations in 6 EU markets.
