As KTL Engineer, you will define and validate KTL process parameters and lead technically a team of KTL specialist.
YOUR CONTRIBUTION
1. To prepare system specifications and support with the manufacturing equipment acquisition.
2. Deviation analysis and corrective actions.
3. To supervise KTL specialists team.
4. Suppliers management (raw materials and contractors).
5. Team training.
6. Psycochemical test planning, execution and evaluation.
7. Preventive and corrective maintenance planning.
8. Laboratory methods definition for coating validation.
YOUR EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
9. Technical backgorund, preferably Engineering and/or Chemical Processes.
10. It is essential to have relevant professional experience in the field of aluminium surface treatment and electrodeposition coating technology.
11. English fluent, German is appreciated.
12. Experience in project management in interdisciplinary working environment.
13. Excellent analitic skills for root cause analysis processes.
14. Availability to travel.
