ABOUT THE ROLEWe are recruiting an experienced Maître for the summer season at a new fine dining restaurant in Menorca, with strong ambitions to achieve a Michelin star. This role is central to the guest experience and requires a highly confident hospitality professional with strong fine dining service expertise and solid wine knowledge, combined with a hands - on, guest - focused approach. You will be a key figure on the floor, ensuring seamless service execution and an elevated guest experience in line with Michelin - level standards. RESPONSABILITIESLead and manage the full front - of - house service operation during daily serviceEnsure an exceptional and consistent guest experience from arrival to departureAct as the main point of contact for guests on the floor, delivering personalised and attentive serviceDemonstrate strong wine knowledge, including recommendations, basic pairings, and confident guest guidanceOversee and coordinate the service team, ensuring smooth communication between kitchen and front of houseOrganise daily mise - en - place and ensure restaurant readiness before serviceManage service flow, table pacing, and guest satisfaction during service periodsHandle guest feedback, requests, and service recovery with professionalism and discretionTrain and support front - of - house staff in service standards and wine fundamentalsWork closely with the management and kitchen team to ensure alignment of service and culinary experienceMaintain consistently high standards aligned with fine dining and Michelin - level expectationsBENEFITS: ?Seasonal contract (May–November), with potential extension and renewal for next season. €2398, 71 gross/monthAccommodation provided (free of charge) Sharing room with 2 more people.
