JOB SUMMARY
Deeply Digital, LLC is a Communications, Construction, and Consulting company in Montrose, Colorado, serving the surrounding community. Its sister company, Clearnetworx, provides ISP services to the surrounding region. Our entire team represents the company on the front lines, and all members work as a team to value and fulfill the needs of our customers. This position’s responsibilities include clear and frequent communication with businesses, government workers, and many members of our communities. This communication involves a sales mindset that focuses on how our solutions meet needs in the community.

EXPERIENCE
Staff hired into this position require at least two (2) years of experience and must be able to demonstrate their ability to perform the Essential Duties/Responsibilities listed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer incoming calls and perform active communication with leads, guiding them through our different product offerings.
- Speak with customers to understand their businesses and desires and plan what service best fits their unique needs.
- Follow sales to completion, ensuring new customers have all the necessary paperwork and are properly entered into the billing system when necessary.
- Answer questions from existing customers and find ways the business can serve them better/
- Perform basic troubleshooting for clients and identify problems with existing services.
- Understand the technical language and equipment used for ISP (Internet Service Provider) services and identify requirements and problem areas when connecting and troubleshooting client services.
- Ensure the company has happy customers.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Clean and professional appearance
- Great "people skills" with a team orientation
- Ability to read, understand, and create construction drawings and documents
- Ability to problem solve and develop creative solutions for installation challenges
- Highly self-motivated and always ready to learn
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong technical skills and experience with ISP (Internet Service Provider) services
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
