What we’re looking for
A seasoned engineer with 3+ years of experience, ready to tackle high‑impact projects and mentor others.
- Experience in Python, JavaScript, or both (technical expertise is valued but not required).
- Proficiency in object‑oriented programming (Python, Java, C#) and modern JavaScript.
- Passion for building products and a self‑starting attitude.
- Collaborative, eager to learn, teach, and grow.
- Fluent in English; French is a plus.
- At least 2 years of software engineering.
- Comfort leading teams and shaping hiring processes.
Key responsibilities
- Tackle high‑impact & high‑risk projects with multiple engineers.
- Design efficient systems and engineering practices that align cross‑team interactions.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead crew initiatives.
- Contribute to hiring and improve technical assessment processes.
- Define feature‑first engineering roadmap.
