Inside Sales Representatives
to represent a premium automotive brand and engage with high-end clientele from our centrally located Barcelona office.

What You'll Do
As part of our inside sales team, you'll:
Manage structured follow-up calls with interested prospects
Represent a premium automotive brand with integrity and attention to detail
Guide customers through their purchase decisions, addressing concerns and offering insights
Document key findings and interactions to support the wider sales team
Build lasting relationships by offering consistent and high-quality communication
Uphold the brand’s reputation for excellence in every customer interaction
Speak
German fluently
and have
advanced English
skills
Hold a high school diploma (or higher) – background in business, communication or automotive is a plus
Mandatory
experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or luxury sectors
Communicate professionally and confidently, especially with high-end customers
Are passionate about the automotive xpzdshu industry and premium products
Are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with structured workflows and reporting
Either hold an
EU passport
or a
valid Spanish work permit
The Offer
Permanent contract, 39 hours/week
Rotating shifts Monday–Saturday between 09:00–20:00
Performance bonus : up to €3,000 gross/year
