The
Global Performance Marketing Manager - B2B
will be responsible for managing paid advertising channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant upcoming channels such as TikTok) to drive B2B growth. You will enhance our paid marketing team with your expertise in paid ads channels and your ability to think both analytically and creatively.How will you make an impact?Be the global subject matter expert and owner for paid advertising in lead generation at Docplanner (Google Ads and paid social)Ensure high volume and quality of leads from paid channels while adhering to budget and CPA goalsServe as a strategic advisor and mentor for junior paid marketersForecast, set, and monitor channel budgets in collaboration with local marketersDevelop hypotheses for improving paid advertising and coordinate tests with local teamsAnalyze campaign performance with stakeholders and recommend improvementsSupport and develop junior team membersPropose solutions to improve processes as the organization growsCollaborate with the Global Head of Paid Marketing to document and optimize processesQualifications4+ years of campaign management experience in paid search and social platforms, especially Google Ads and Meta Ads;
knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, and others is a plusFamiliarity with targeting strategies and automation, with a good grasp of ad optimization techniquesAbility to brief creative teams effectively;
video ad production skills are a bonusExperience in lead generation, preferably in SaaSStrong analytical and spreadsheet skills;
familiar with online marketing toolsExperience with Smart Bidding strategies and optimizing toward CPA and CPL targetsExcellent project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environmentAbility to consolidate and analyze data from multiple sourcesProficiency in business English;
knowledge of additionallanguages (Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, German, Polish) is a plusFirst management experience is preferred but not requiredLocation:
