Account Manager, Amazon Business Marketplace
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
* 4+ years of sales or account management experience
* Knowledge of Excel skills to refine data and prepare business reports
* Experience engaging verbally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner
* Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and analytical platforms, including but not limited to analyzing data using pivots and V‑Lookups
* Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in English‑language communication skills, both written and verbal
* Experience with program and project management in a matrixed organization, including managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, and influencing others
* Experience with data analysis and SQL
* Experience writing complex Excel VBA macros
* Experience managing multiple calendars, or experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and reacting with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround
* Experience gathering and analyzing large amounts of data and delivering continuous business improvements
