We are looking for a talented and experienced
UI/UX Designer
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about user-centered design, communicates effectively in English, and thrives in cross-functional collaboration. This role involves designing and optimizing user experiences for both mobile and desktop platforms, working closely with internal teams, and translating design concepts into functional solutions.
This is a
fully remote position, open to candidates based in
Spain or Italy .
Key Responsibilities:Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other departments to understand business requirements and user needs.Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.Ensure consistency and quality of designs across all platforms.Work closely with developers to implement designs with precision and usability.Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve UI/UX outcomes.
Requirements:Minimum
4 years of professional experience
in UI/UX design.Strong proficiency in
Figma
and
Adobe Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).Demonstrated experience designing for both
desktop and mobile interfaces .Solid understanding of
HTML/CSS
and their role in responsive design.Excellent communication skills in
English
– both verbal and written.Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.Strong portfolio showcasing design work, process, and outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in the
travel or tourism industry
is an advantage.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
