Responsibilities
* Define test cases according to business and technical requirements.
* Execute test campaigns and report issues adequately, including system integration testing, acceptance testing, operational acceptance testing (performance, maintainability, security).
* Collaborate with application development and support teams to resolve issues in test or production environments.
* Apply and develop testing procedures as needed.
* Use, develop, and maintain testing tools.
* Contribute to successful project delivery and enhancements.
* Support continuous improvement processes and propose measures.
* Participate in implementing Agile, DevOps, and continuous integration processes.
* Contribute to defining test strategies.
* Participate actively in defect management meetings.
Experience and Education
* Technical degree (Bachelor, Master) or university degree in computer science or equivalent.
* Proven experience in the finance sector.
* Experience in Issuing Processing Business and Card Payment Industry is a plus.
* 2-4 years' experience in testing and software development.
* Ability to read and use development languages such as .Net, PowerShell, Java, and PL/SQL is advantageous.
* Experience working in Unix/Linux environments.
* Proficiency with SoapUI and/or Postman.
* Ability to understand business requirements to create test objectives and cases.
* Experience building reliable regression test campaigns.
* Knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks, understanding automation benefits.
* Understanding or experience with Agile, DevOps, and continuous integration.
* Experience with test management tools like JIRA, xRay.
* Customer-oriented problem solver.
* Ability to work accurately under pressure, independently or in a team.
* At least B2 level in English; German and French are a plus.
