Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and analytical professional to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of global HR processes and policies. This role plays a key part in HR cross-functional activity, ensuring standardization, efficiency, optimisation and proper documentation across all HR practices. The ideal candidate will leverage data to generate actionable insights that support decision-making and will manage cross-functional projects using agile methodologies, fostering collaboration with global stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
* Design, implement, and continuously improve global HR policies and processes, ensuring they are properly documented and effectively communicated.
* Establish and maintain governance frameworks for HR processes and procedures to promote global standardization and operational efficiency.
* Ensure the completion of key HR transformation and cross-functional projects, aligned with the global HR strategy, by coordinating the execution and implementation.
* Conduct data analysis to generate strategic insights and drive optimization in HR processes, translating data into actionable recommendations.
* Provide consultative support to HR teams and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance ways of working and project execution.
* Apply agile methodologies in project delivery and promote collaborative working practices.
* Manage the HR knowledge base strategy, ensuring all master documents and materials are regularly updated and accessible.
Required Skills:

Knowledge in designing, implementing, and governing HR processes and policies.
Ability to drive standardization and efficiency across diverse geographies while ensuring proper documentation, communication and embedding.

Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects, including planning, coordination and execution, ensuring effective delivery and alignment with organizational goals.

Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic actions.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence across global stakeholders.

Capabilities in managing HR knowledge bases and documentation methodologies.
Required Tech Skills:
* Data management, analysis & metrics monitoring
Microsoft Excel and data tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar) highly valued

Required Qualifications and Experience
* Proven experience in processes design, optimisation and documentation, ensuring embedding and communication across the teams.
* Demonstrated ability to drive data-informed decision-making, foster cross-functional collaboration, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
* Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is essential.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
