Quality EngineerJob DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Quality Engineer to join our team in the wind tower construction industry. The professional will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence by implementing and maintaining Integrated Management Systems (SGI) based on ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, as well as managing supplier quality and leading continuous improvement projects.Responsibilities:
·Implement and audit Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001).·Monitor indicators and address deviations.·Promote quality and environmental management systems.·Oversee compliance with legal requirements related to environmental safety.·Manage supplier quality, evaluating, developing, and monitoring partners to ensure compliance with quality and sustainability standards.·Conduct internal and external audits in accordance with applicable quality and environmental regulations.·Lead continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.·Execute quality planning through APQP processes.·Ensure compliance with standards specific to the wind tower construction industry.·Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve the organization’s strategic objectives.Requirements:
·Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Production, or related fields).·Proven experience with Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001).·Knowledge of supplier management and supply chain quality assurance.·Proficiency in problem-solving tools (8D, QRQC) and APQP processes.·Desirable knowledge of standards applicable to the wind tower construction industry, including EN 1090 and ISO 3834 certifications.·Proactive, hands-on profile with strong teamwork skills.·Planning and organization·Autonomy and proactivity·Analytical and critical thinking·Effective communication and ability to lead projects with a focus on results.·3-5 years’ experience in the quality department.Differentiators:
·Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or management system audits.·Experience as Quality system auditor.Applications should be sent to the following email address:
