Strong analytical skills, a willingness to stay ahead of industry trends, and a collaborative mindset are essential for success in this role.Key Responsibilities:User Acquisition Campaign Management: Develop and execute campaigns across multiple platforms to drive growth and engagement.Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.Campaign Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign data to optimize performance, drive results, and inform future strategies.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with data analysis, creative teams, and external clients to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.Creative Asset Management: Manage creative assets to ensure timely delivery and seamless integration into campaigns.Key Requirements:5+ year of experience with management of mobile performance marketing campaigns, agency background preferred 5+ years of experience running MAI, AEO, VO campaigns on Paid Social5+ years of experience running UA Campaigns on Meta, TT, Snap, Reddit, Moloco, Unity, Google and other core channelsHave strong analytical and quantitative skills and communication skillsHave a basic knowledge of major advertising platforms (Meta, Tiktok, Snapchat, Google, Moloco etc.)Have an understanding of the creative elements involved in user acquisition.Have a problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify challenges and propose solutions to optimize user acquisition campaigns.Detail oriented and proactive.Speak and write English fluently.Passionate about the mobile gaming industry.
