The Role:
This is a high-level service role for important clients. The Account Manager acts as a personal contact, helping users manage their accounts and ensuring they receive a top-quality experience similar to private banking.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Guide clients through onboarding, including account setup and platform usage
Monitor client activity proactively to anticipate needs and resolve issues
Manage inbound client communication and ensure timely, high-quality responses
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities in collaboration with Business Development
Convert inbound leads into active, retained clients
Work closely with Compliance to ensure KYC/AML standards are met
Partner with Product and Operations teams to relay client feedback and improve services
Maintain accurate records and reporting within HubSpot CRM
Analyse client data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities
Recommend improvements to workflows, communication processes, and client experience
Requirements:
Experience: 2+ years in Fintech/Crypto or 4+ years in professional finance roles.
People Skills: Experience working with high-value clients and building long-term trust.
Basic Knowledge: A good understanding of how trading and financial markets work.
Software: Experience using tools like HubSpot or Zendesk.
Communication: Able to explain complicated money topics in very simple English. xhfqzwm
