As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the commercial strategy for industrial solutions within your assigned territory. Your main objective will be to drive revenue growth and develop long-term relationships with customers across EMEA.
This role combines strategic sales planning, key account management and close collaboration with technical and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets within your area.
Identify new business opportunities and manage relationships with key customers and partners.
Maintain and grow an existing customer portfolio, ensuring long-term collaboration and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify opportunities for improvement.
Represent the company at professional meetings, industry events and commercial forums.
Work closely with technical and internal teams to align market needs with product and solution development.
Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, forecasts and market evolution for management review.
What You Need to Be Successful
Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B sales, ideally in industrial, technical or technological environments.
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Proven ability to work autonomously in a results-driven environment.
Full professional fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
Strong relationship-building and customer management skills.
Strategic mindset with the ability to define and execute commercial plans.
Experience working with CRM systems and sales management tools.
Proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented attitude.
Desirable
Experience selling industrial equipment, technical solutions or complex products.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
Knowledge of an additional language (French or German is a plus).
Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into customer value.
Experience managing distributors or partners is an advantage.
Essential Requirements

Availability for frequent national and international travel.
