Responsibilities
* Design, deploy, and improve MongoDB-based database services in cloud environments
* Automate operational processes to enhance scalability, reliability, and efficiency
* Work with Kubernetes for orchestration and lifecycle management (including operators/controllers)
* Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and reliable deployments
* Monitor systems and ensure high availability, performance, and security
* Act as a technical point of contact for internal teams on MongoDB-related topics
* Support complex troubleshooting and incident resolution at an advanced level
* Stay up to date with the latest MongoDB features and cloud-native best practices
Requirements
* Strong experience with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, Kubernetes, monitoring, Infrastructure as Code)
* Hands-on experience with MongoDB (administration, operations, or development)
* Experience working in cloud environments and distributed architectures
* Background in development, ideally with Go or similar languages (automation, APIs, testing)
* Interest in NoSQL xpzdshu technologies and cloud-native ecosystems
* Proactive mindset, ownership, and strong problem-solving skills
* Good level of English for working in international teams
