At Datamensio, we’re building the “OS for Business Transformation”. Our AI platform centralizes assessment frameworks, audits, and compliance, accelerates diagnostics and reporting by 10×, and measures impact—helping enterprises run transformation and compliance project portfolios at scale.
Your mission
We’re looking for a Senior SDR to own and help scale our outbound sales & marketing engine. You’ll open new segments and roles (transformation leaders, consulting partners, PMOs, Program Directors) and generate qualified meetings + pipeline in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
What you’ll do
* Build and run targeted outbound campaigns with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, and a strong phone-first, direct-contact mindset.
* Personalize at scale with AI prompts and snippets while keeping a premium touch.
* Run discovery meetings, handle objections, and keep HubSpot spotless before handing off leads to AEs.
* Work closely with Datamensio founders to move qualified deals forward.
* Send tight recaps and lock in the next step within 24–48h.
* Keep deals moving, no opportunity idle for more than 7 days.
* Engage multiple stakeholders (PMO, sponsor, IT / security, finance) and match them with the right content (deck, case study, one-pager).
* Drive light Mutual Action Plans (MAPs) or POC checklists.
* Make sure no leads or opportunities are ignored or slip out of the process.
What you bring (Required skills)
* 4+ years’ experience as an SDR / BDR in complex B2B sales (ERP, transformation, consulting).
* Fluency or native-level English (C1–C2) ;
* Certification appreciated. French or Spanish is a plus.
* Strong writing skills :
* you write tight, efficient, meaningful outreach.
* Confident speaker who builds trust and moves deals forward.
* CRM & tooling :
* strong with HubSpot, Lemlist, Sales Navigator, Lusha / Dropcontact, plus solid GDPR knowledge, you keep your CRM clean.
* Consultative selling mindset with resilience, discipline, and consistency across long, multi-stakeholder cycles.
* Curiosity & active listening to understand prospects and tailor outreach.
* Clear, confident communication (written & spoken).
* Organization & cadences :
* strong follow-up discipline.
* Stakeholder savvy :
* adaptability and EQ across PMO, IT / security, finance, sponsors.
* Data-driven operator :
* you instrument your funnel, track weekly KPIs (connect / reply / meeting rates, SAL→SQL, pipeline $, velocity), run A / B tests, and iterate based on evidence. Comfortable building reports in HubSpot and slicing data in spreadsheets.
* AI-native mindset :
* strong track record using AI for research, lead prioritization, personalization, and writing. You craft prompts / snippets, evaluate outputs critically, maintain prompt libraries, and push to automate repetitive work (e.G., with Lemlist + enrichment tools).
What’s in it for you

* 36–42k (depending on experience).
* OTE :
* 55–65k at target (accelerators >
* 110%).
