Main Responsibilities
Market Research and Analysis
* Conduct thorough research to identify target companies and industries relevant to search mandates analyzing market trends and providing valuable insights into potential talent pools.
Candidate Sourcing and Identification
* Utilize proactive sourcing techniques to identify high-potential candidates building and maintaining an extensive database of qualified candidates.
Candidate Evaluation and Screening
* Evaluate candidate qualifications and experience against search requirements conducting initial assessments through phone interviews to gauge suitability and interest.
Document Creation and Management
* Support in creating and updating essential headhunting documents including target lists long lists and short lists preparing compelling candidate profiles for presentation to clients.
Candidate Database Management
* Assist in updating and managing the candidate database ensuring accurate and up-to-date information organizing and categorizing candidate profiles for easy retrieval.
Interview Coordination and Reference Checking
* Schedule and coordinate interviews between potential candidates and the headhunting team ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process for all parties involved supporting reference-checking by contacting referees and compiling reference reports.
Report Development and Candidate Presentation
* Assist in developing comprehensive headhunting reports integrating evaluation tools and interview insights for a holistic view of candidates contributing to the preparation of candidate presentations showcasing their strengths in alignment with client expectations.
Personal Qualifications
* Academic Background: Currently pursuing or holding a Master's degree in Economics Human Resources or a related field demonstrating a solid foundation in key concepts relevant to the role.
* Demonstrated Experience: Proven experience through relevant internships and practical settings showcasing the ability to apply academic knowledge in real-world scenarios.
* Collaboration and Communication: Dedicated to working collaboratively with diverse teams fostering a positive and inclusive work environment fluent in English and Spanish with proficiency in German as an additional asset enhancing communication with a broader range of candidates and clients.
