Tax Legal Specialist
Ensure that all transfer pricing documentation requirements are properly and timely met worldwide avoiding penalties and any tax risks. Ensure that the Transfer Pricing Policy of the group is the most appropriate and be involved in all projects related to the evolution of the business.
Analyze and elaborate the value chain of the group together with the rest of the members of the TP team. Identify and anticipate any risks associated to the lack of documentation in any country. To provide support to International Tax Unit.
Your main responsibilities
TAXES: TRANSFER PRICING POLICY DESIGN
1. Ensure that the transfer pricing policy of the Amadeus Group is compliant with local transfer pricing requirements and OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines.
2. Analysis of the transfer pricing policy of the Amadeus Group in order to maintain fiscal efficiency.
3. Relationship and coordination with external advisors worldwide.
4. Coordination of inter-company agreements supporting transfer pricing policy.
5. Adaptation of transfer pricing policy to the evolution of the Amadeus business model and the Group Global Footprint.
6. Coordination of economic analysis to support the transfer pricing policies performed internally or by external advisors.
7. To understand and ensure that the economics in each country are correct and match perfectly with the information reported to Tax Authorities worldwide.
TAXES: TRANSFER PRICING COMPLIANCE
8. Preparation of transfer pricing master files to ensure the implementation of a consistent transfer pricing policy worldwide, follow-up and update.
9. Preparation of transfer pricing reports (documentation) and adaptation to local requirements, site by site.
10. Coordination of the preparation of transfer pricing risk assessments and transfer pricing declarations for jurisdictions where there are requirements.
11. Preparation of country-by-country reporting for transfer pricing requirements in coordination with Financial department.
12. Implementation and maintenance of sharepoint centralizing all global transfer pricing documentation.
13. To review and ensure that the benchmarking are performed on time and are correct.
TAXES: TRANSFER PRICING DEFENCE
14. Support to Senior Management for the implementation of Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs), Mutual Agreement Procedures. (MAPs) when required, as part of the transfer pricing policy.
15. Support in dispute resolution with tax authorities regarding transfer pricing and associated issues.
INTERNATIONAL (Direct and indirect taxation)
16. Support to the development of tax policies at Group level and tax planning in accordance with the transfer pricing policy.
17. Coordination of tax advice to Amadeus Group of Companies, and support to the business units in transfer pricing issues that arise in the negotiation of worldwide contracts.
Our ideal candidate
18. Law, Humanities, Philosophy, Political Sciences university degree
19. 2-3 years’ experience in a multinational company or in a legal firm with experience in leading Transfer Pricing Teams & International Affairs.
20. Accounting, International Tax Systems, Indirect Taxation, Transfer pricing rules, KT mine; TP Catalyst; Orbis; etc
