The Role
We're seeking an exceptional Account Manager to join our Sales team, focusing on strategic partnerships and customer relationships within specific verticals and domains. The successful candidate will be passionate about sales, planning, establishing, and growing global markets.
Responsibilities
* Execute Cognyte's growth strategy by defining and building partnerships with customers in targeted verticals and domains.
* Owning a sales quota per relevant region and domain – building and executing a sales plan to meet and exceed targets.
* Collaborate with leading regional and global partners to drive strategic initiatives, build lasting relationships, and augment the pipeline.
* Work with system integrators and strategy consultants to identify new business opportunities and drive market demand.
* Enhance the product offering based on information from the field, working internally to continuously improve it.
Requirements
* At least 10 years of experience in software sales positions, preferably in the Governmental and Enterprise sectors, with a focus on Law Enforcement Agencies.
* Experience working in Law Enforcement Agencies as a user of investigation systems – highly advantageous.
* Spanish as a mother tongue, with additional languages being beneficial.
* Experience and skill set in partners' development & management, business analysis, relationship building, business development.
* Experience working with System integrators is essential.
* Experience working in the big data, analytics ecosystem.
* A proven track record in this field and ability to manage complex relationships, nurturing them to success.
* Ability to operate in a complex matrix environment and drive processes internally.
