We support our customers in transforming their HR functions through redefining HR organization and digitalizing HRIS solutions. We also carry out technical and functional implementations of HRIS solutions (SaaS or On-Premise) and offer payroll outsourcing services thanks to our global payroll expertise.Your Mission
As an SAP HCM Payroll Consultant, you will participate in all phases of HRIS implementation, including design, parameterization, acceptance, deployment, and support, focusing on:
Participating in project workshops, documentation, and reportingConfiguring modules to meet client needs and assessing impact on HR processesIntegrating new solution versions into existing client environmentsSupport and maintenance tasks include managing solution updates, fixing bugs, training users, and advising clients on solution evolution.Your Profile
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in payroll (PY-ES) implementation or maintenance, experience with SAP HCM, and workshop leadership skills. Knowledge of Portuguese or English is desirable.What We Offer
