What you will do
\n
The Role's Key Responsibilities And Tasks
\n
Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct in‑depth analysis of new international markets to assess potential, competition, customer behaviour, and profitability.
\n
Business Case Development: Elaborate detailed business cases and financial models for new market entries.
\n
Performance Monitoring: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for international expansion initiatives, creating dashboards and tracking to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
\n
Cross‑Departmental Coordination: Coordinate with relevant teams (Product Development, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Business Intelligence, IT) to define and implement go‑to‑market strategies and ensure the creation of necessary capabilities.
\n
Data and Tools: Utilize internal data and BI tools to generate business insights that translate into measurable improvements for the expansion program.
\n
Collaboration with Data Science: Collaborate with Data Science for the implementation of analytical tools and methodologies specific to international market dynamics.
\n
Strategic Contribution: Contribute to cross‑departmental strategic initiatives related to global growth and localisation.
\n
What you need to succeed:
\n

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, etc.), 1 to 2 years of experience in a role with a strong analytical component;
\n
Strong analytical skills, fast‑learner, with high attention to detail and focused on results and productivity;
\n
Advanced SQL skills: strong experience in understanding and manipulating large amounts of data, transforming it to relevant metrics and analyses;
\n
Advanced Office skills: strong experience with analytical tools, ideally with the Google toolset (spreadsheets, Google Docs, etc.);
\n
Knowledge of Google Data Studio (or similar visualization tools) is a plus;
\n
Experience presenting, communicating, and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders;
\n
A self‑starter and team player, with a \"can‑do\" attitude and a positive mindset;
\n
Business proficiency in English.
\n
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Applied AI Tools: Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as Gemini, or other AI‑powered assistants.
