Job Description: Operations Controller
Depending on the position of Operations Controller within the Organization and Systems department, your mission will involve collaborating on departmental control and supervision tasks such as:
1. Preparation, review, and updating of manuals and procedures for the Organization and Systems department.
2. Preparation, review, and updating of manuals on organization, functions, and internal procedures for all departments, in collaboration with the Quality department.
3. Collaboration with the Head of the Operations Department to monitor KPIs.
4. Participation in identifying new control indicators and implementing them.
5. Assisting in operational control and analyzing information from various departments to identify issues and propose improvements.
6. Participation in reviewing internal processes with department heads to ensure compliance and identify improvements.
7. Resolving incidents.
8. Participation in Task Force teams to resolve operational problems.
9. Participation in continuous improvement teams.
10. Participation in user training sessions.
11. Providing occasional support for administrative tasks across departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the organization.
Professional Profile:
Minimum Education: Higher Degree in Administration or a university degree.
Languages: Spanish and English (Level First) preferred.
IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office suite. Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, is a plus.
Experience: Not mandatory; experience in controlling is advantageous.
