Hello!
At Factorial we are looking for an Account Management Team Lead for the Italian Market to join our CX team. You will report directly to the Director of Account Management and will work hand in hand with the other Area Managers to work on upselling, retention, satisfaction, and renovation plan for our existing clients. We are looking for a person who wants to get involved and contribute innovative ideas that have an impact on our business.
What will you be doing:
* You will lead 6 Account Managers
* Successfully hire the best talent for your team
* Make sure the KPIs of your team are achieved
* Constantly analyse data in order to improve or change internal processes.
Your Profile
* Proven experience in management roles, 2 years experience
* Sales, upselling, or cross-selling experience
* Retention and customer relationship management
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
* Fluent in both English and Italian
* Able to work in a constantly changing environment and dynamics
* Able to manage and prioritise multiple responsibilities
