Full-time We are seeking a CRM Business Analyst with experience in CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics. The idóneo candidate will have: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (preferably MS Dynamics CE) Excellent business analysis and project management skills, with familiarity with methodologies Ability to analyze business structures, including integration between Marketing, Sales, Customer Services, and Post Sales Experience in analytics, customer journey processes, and process mapping (As-Is / To-Be) Strong documentation management skills Ability to align stakeholders on new technologies, strategies, and processes Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions Capability to discover and implement new requirements into future designs Proficiency in writing detailed user stories for development teams Supportive skills for CRM IT project planning, agile backlog management, and testing phases Experience in capturing enhancement requirements from support cases and creating user stories This role requires the ability to streamline processes and effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
