At G+D Mobile Security, the world leader in secure telecommunications systems via SIM / eSIM, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional for our Customer Operations team, equipped with strong interactive skills to deliver exceptional service to our customers.The Customer Operations role entails managing a customer database and overseeing the entire Order-to-Cash process.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
1. Demonstrated experience in international Customer Service
2. Strong problem-solving abilities
3. Essential knowledge of SAP Sales and Invoicing
4. Active listening and effective communication skills
5. Proficiency in written and spoken English
6. Intermediate level of proficiency in French
7. Knowledge of export processes is highly desirable
