ABOUT CRAG:
CRAG is an independent research institution engaged in leading-edge basic and applied plant and farm animal sciences. CRAG is established as a Consortium of the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC), Institute of Agrifood Research and Technology (IRTA), Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB), and University of Barcelona (UB). The Center is located at the UAB Campus, and currently hosts 200 members from across the world.
* Conduct protein expression in microalgae and analyse expression efficiency.
* Maintain and culture microalgae strains under laboratory conditions.
* Optimize transformation protocols to enhance efficiency and stability.
* Prepare and analyse experimental data, documenting results accurately.
* Assist in troubleshooting technical challenges related to microalgae transformation and bioluminescence assays.
* Follow laboratory safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
* Collaborate with researchers to clone constructs.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a research environment.
Specific Requirements
Experience:
* Experience in microalgae transformation, microalgae culture will be positively valued.
