Major Accountabilities
* Lead elicitation, documentation, and management of business requirements.
* Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process deep‑dives.
* Translate needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
* Evaluate vendor proposals for alignment, feasibility, and compliance.
* Collaborate with vendors on design, refinement, and sprint execution.
* Support backlog prioritization and roadmap planning.
* Coordinate UAT, defect resolution, and deployment readiness.
* Identify improvement opportunities and process harmonization.
* Ensure compliance with GxP, validation, and documentation standards.
Experience
* 10+ years of Business Analysis in Pharma/Life Sciences.
* Strong knowledge of Clinical Operations, CTMS, eTMF, SSU, Site Connect.
* Experience with Veeva Vault Clinical Suite preferred.
* Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Familiar with Agile, DevOps, integration patterns, and PLM.
* Understanding of validation, GxP, and audit requirements.
* Proficiency in English (written & oral).
