We're looking for a senior, hands-on D2C performance marketer to be the first marketing hire for our client's subscription-based apps and SaaS products. You'll own performance marketing end-to-end—from PPC strategy and analytics to budgeting and ROAS optimization—and work directly with the Founder. This is a high-ownership role: you'll advise on product-market fit, creative strategy, and growth, and eventually build and manage a small team.

* Digital-only subscription products (Apps & SaaS)
* Pricing: $9.99/month – $120/year
* Initial market focus: US (experience here is highly preferred)
* Starting from zero: no traffic, no data
Responsibilities
* Own PPC and performance marketing strategy across primary channels (Meta, TikTok) and secondary channels as needed (Google)
* Full budget ownership and ROAS accountability
* Build analytics and tracking stack from scratch
* Advise on creative strategy and design needs
* Identify hires or external resources necessary for scaling
* Work with developers and designers to execute campaigns
* Hands-on execution, with future management of 2–3 team members
Requirements
* Senior-level, hands-on experience in D2C performance marketing
* Proven track record scaling subscription apps or SaaS
* Deep expertise in Meta & TikTok Ads
* Experience building analytics stacks from scratch
* Comfort owning budgets and results
* Strong critical thinking: ability to challenge ideas, suggest improvements, and guide product growth
* Fluent English; US market experience strongly preferred
* Hands-on mindset; willing to execute campaigns as well as strategize
What Success Looks Like (First 3 Months)
* Identify product-market fit for our apps
* Scale ad spend responsibly (€2–3k/day on primary channels) with measurable ROAS
* Advise on creative assets and marketing stack for scalable growth
