Are you ready for an exciting challenge as a Sales Enablement Program Manager?
Sage is a integral leader in providing business solutions that help companies manage their finances, processes, and people. We are looking for a dedicated Sales Enablement Program Manager to join our global Sales Enablement team and take on a position of its kind in Barcelona.
This new role offers a unique opportunity to shape a Sales Enablement program focused on the Sage Intacct solution. You will be responsible for developing and delivering initiatives that enhance the sales effectiveness and productivity of our teams.
In this role, you will develop enablement programs aligned with regional enablement plans and global Sage standards. You will define "Always-On" enablement programs that include a mix of formal training content and practical coaching implementations.
From the initial onboarding of colleagues to the further development of upselling skills, you will implement a culture and concept of continuous improvement while enhancing the skills and competencies across all sales functions.
The Sales Enablement Program Manager for Sales Development will be responsible for developing and delivering enablement programs that drive sales effectiveness of the organization.

- Lead the creation and support of enablement activities based on departmental strategy, company mission, and current sales priorities
- Maintain and deliver the Onboarding program
- Independently design, maintain and deliver engaging enablement programs
- Role-related skill development

- Partner with sales leadership to plan and execute enablement strategy that drives measurable, improved sales performance through content, training, and coaching services
- Ensure Sales conversations provide value to prospects
- Drive adoption of new skills through coaching, follow-up communications, and measurement
- Partner with Sales Development leadership to ensure development of role-related skills
- Partner with Sales Operations and Performance Marketing to drive pipeline development and systems optimization
- Partner with Sales Development managers to implement enablement deliverables
- Manage multiple projects in parallel for on-time delivery
- Maintain updated content and courses in Enablement and Marketing platforms
- Conduct field listening exercises and analyses using interviews, surveys, and focus groups
- Manage logistics and other organizational duties as necessary
- Participation in the development and execution of activities for sales meetings and kickoffs
