Job Description:
The role of the Account Manager - Hotel Chains reports to the Area Manager and is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with hotel chains, ensuring they understand HBX's value proposition and utilize tools to maximize revenue growth. Building rapport and trust through a consultative approach is essential for managing the portfolio effectively.
The role involves optimizing and managing hotel portfolios via Central Framework agreements, negotiating commercial conditions, and tailoring product offerings to enhance competitiveness. The Account Manager must meet or exceed performance and financial targets, focusing on profitability, differentiation, and creating joint-value proposals for long-term partnerships.

Experience:

Qualifications:

* Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
