The opportunity
You will be part of EY GDS Global Risk Management and BCP Team and will support to ensure compliance to internal policy requirements and state of readiness.
Your key responsibilities
Risk Management Role:
1. The job profile for RM broadly entails helping the GDS RM lead plan, implement and monitor systems and compliance processes for the GDS business in Spain and extend support with respect to co-ordination on legal matters.
2. Assist in monitoring compliance to various EY policy matters and in consultation with the GDS RM lead, advice function heads on RM matters
3. Execute and help manage Business Relationship specific compliances as per EY’s policies
4. Manage various initiatives around creating RM awareness in GDS Spain
5. Help in coordinating global & country related initiatives and staff mandates in GDS Spain
6. Co-ordinate with the country GCO, and Procurement teams for vendor contracts & agreements
7. Assist in preparing dashboards and other MIS
8. Assisting the GDS RM lead and center head with the review, development and implementation of compliance processes, rules and standards through policies
9. Coordinating compliance audits and testing in GDS Spain
BCP Role:
10. The individual will work closely with GDS BCP program office to provide overall coordination of business continuity and emergency response activities for GDS Spain
11. Provide an effective interface to the Service lines/functions at the center
12. Support the assessment, review, and implementation of recovery strategies
13. Support the enhancement, maintenance and testing of BCP’s
14. Participate in/help facilitate all BCP/ERP activities like BIA, training and testing
15. Collaborate with key personnel from functions such as Technology, Facility and Admin, Talent team and other relevant teams
16. Provide support during business interruption events
17. Support the preparation and delivery of training and awareness materials
18. Availability/flexibility required due to the nature of role

19. Total work experience of 5-6 years
20. Exposure to emergency and/or business continuity planning (preferred)
21. Exhibits flexibility and self-confidence
22. Exposure to global projects preferred

To qualify for the role, you must have
33. Graduate or equivalent
34. Exposure to emerging and evolving technologies like AI, Bots, RPA and tools such and similar as Archer, Everbridge, SharePoint, SAP, Power BI etc.
35. BCP Certification (Associate Business Continuity Professional, Certified Business Continuity Vendor, Certified Functional Continuity Professional, Certified Business Continuity Professional, Master Business Continuity Professional)
Ideally, you’ll also have
36. Experience in working in large matrixed organization
37. Flexible to travel, if required.
38. Strong knowledge of both business recovery and testing methodologies.
39. Credible experience working in a fast-moving, client-centric multi- national environment
