✍️WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
• 5+ years of experience in Unified Communications / Voice Engineering
• Strong expertise in VoIP and SIP (critical)
• Experience with Microsoft Teams telephony integration
• Hands-on experience with contact center platforms such as Genesys Cloud
• Solid understanding of networking, firewalls, and security in VoIP environments
• Experience with voice infrastructure (gateways, SBCs, carriers, cloud)
• English mandatory, French is a plus
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
• Provide L2–L3 support for a global telephony and contact center environment
• Manage and maintain high-volume, business-critical communication platforms used globally
• Troubleshoot complex issues across voice, network, and cloud environments
• Ensure stability and performance of unified communications infrastructure
• Handle infrastructure management for voice systems and contact centers
• Collaborate with global teams to optimize communication platform performance
