We're Hiring: Graphic Designer – Fashion Marketing (Portfolio Required)

The Role:
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong fashion and cultural sensibility to join our marketing team. You’ll create standout visuals that span digital, print, and social — playing a key role in shaping how Crease shows up in the world.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design graphics for social media, email campaigns, product drops, internal decks, and brand campaigns
* Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and Marketing team to bring ideas and narratives to life
* Develop branded collateral for events, product showcases, and lookbooks
* Work with the content team to turn raw photography into polished, on-brand assets
* Design across formats: IG carousels, TikTok overlays, email headers, packaging, decks, and more
* Ensure visual consistency across all platforms, campaigns, and touchpoints
You’re a fit if you:
* Have 2–5+ years of experience in graphic design (agency, in-house, or freelance)
* Have a portfolio that shows fashion, lifestyle, or cultural work
* Are highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
* Are comfortable in Canva and email platforms like Klaviyo or Mailchimp
* Understand both print and digital formats and how to design effectively for each
* Have a finger on the pulse of fashion, design, and content trends
* Thrive in fast-paced, creative environments and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams
Bonus points if you:
* Have motion/animation skills (After Effects or similar)
* Have experience building visual identities or product packaging
* Understand the DTC or fashion ecommerce space
Portfolio Required:
To be considered, you must include a portfolio of relevant work. We’re especially interested in seeing fashion/lifestyle design, social graphics, and marketing assets.
