Digital Product Designer - Native Apps at Nestlé Nespresso SA. We are looking for a Digital Product Designer to join the Nestlé Nespresso Digital and Tech Team. The role focuses on shaping intuitive, visually refined, and conversion-focused experiences on the Nespresso eCommerce App and beyond. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs aligned with brand, user needs, and business goals.

The Role
You will lead design initiatives from insight to execution, bringing a strategic mindset and expertise across the full design process. This role requires the ability to turn insights into delightful experiences in a creative environment and to apply Nespresso digital design principles.
Key responsibilities include conceiving and conducting user research, designing the functionalities of the company’s digital products, and iterating to ensure a great user experience.
In This Role, You Will
* User-Centric and Data-Informed Design: Lead end-to-end digital design processes by integrating user insights and quantitative analytics to create innovative solutions and understand user journeys across channels.
* Visioning and Brand Champion: Transform concepts into disruptive designs that embody effortless luxury and drive sales growth across 40+ markets.
* Lead efforts in crafting a deep understanding of user journeys across various channels.
* User Research and Design Solutions: Conduct thorough research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points; develop wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that enhance usability, accessibility, and engagement.
* Collaboration and Cross-Platform Experience: Work closely with product managers and engineers to define requirements and ensure design feasibility, creating cohesive, responsive solutions for a consistent user experience.
* Usability Testing and Design System Advocacy: Organize qualitative user testing and A/B testing to refine designs; champion the design system for consistency and collaboration among peers.
* Stay Informed and Innovate: Keep up with design trends, tools, and technologies, recommending their integration to foster innovation and relevance.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital product design, with strong experience in Native Apps (iOS and Android).
* A strong portfolio that demonstrates strategic impact, leadership in design thinking, and the ability to deliver complex design solutions; digital design expertise with aesthetics and functionality.
* Ability to advocate for design within the organization, influencing product strategy and aligning with business goals.
* Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Familiarity with project management and collaboration platforms like Jira and Confluence.
* Understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and mobile-first approaches.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills for presenting and discussing design decisions.
* Experience in Agile environments and collaborating with diverse teams.
* Ability to understand requirements and design complete user experiences.
* Expert knowledge in user-centered design principles, UX/UI best practices, testing methodologies, accessibility standards, iOS Human Interface Guidelines, and Material Design.
Extra Skills That Set You Apart
* Strong visual storytelling ability to present design concepts and strategies at all organizational levels.
* Deep understanding of design strategy and its application across global markets.
* Previous experience in the Food & Beverage and Luxury Brand sectors is a plus.
* Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
* Understanding of native apps coding languages, design patterns, and technical implementation aspects is a big plus.
* Proficiency in motion design, animation, and video editing, with interest in generative AI tools and techniques.
