At MBE Worldwide, a proud member of the Fortidia Group of Companies, we believe that talent, expertise, empathy, and ambition drive our success. For our Barcelona offices, we are seeking a Business Developer to join the Worldwide and Development department.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
* Manage lead generation activities, enhancing existing sources (LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other online marketing activities) and proactively finding new sources.
* Present the MBE business opportunity to potential Master Franchisees and support negotiations to finalize franchising contracts.
* Negotiate and develop agreements with suppliers.
* Support the start-up operations of new Master Franchisees.
* Assist existing Master franchisees in developing and supporting their networks.
* Maintain and implement MBE guidelines and strategies to uphold product and service standards.
* Organize and coordinate company events, international meetings, and conventions.
* Support translation and proofreading of materials in Portuguese (Brazilian) and occasionally serve as an interpreter during meetings.
Skills and experiences:
* Bachelor/Master in Business Administration or similar, with strong academic performance.
* Minimum two years of related experience in sales, lead development, or similar roles.
* International exposure (e.g., exchange or language programs) and internship experience in sales.
* Excellent command of Spanish, English, and native Brazilian Portuguese; additional languages (Italian) are a plus.
* Strong communication skills, ambitious, and capable of building robust relationships.
* Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and other productivity software.
* Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to analyze data and solve problems.
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
* People-oriented, team player, eager to learn and explore.
