Experteer Overview In this role you will support the Iberia region (Spain u0026amp; Portugal) by deliveringexpert people advisory across the employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with local laws, collective agreements, and Sage policies. You will help shape a globally aligned yet regionally appropriate People Services offering, focusing on simplicity, standardisation and continuous improvement. This is a hybrid position based in Barcelona, with three days on-site. You will partner with managers and colleagues to drive a high-quality experience and ensure policy adherence across the region.Compensaciones / Ventajas
