As International Recruitment & Business Development Specialist for North Africa you'll be the face of the Business School in a fast-growing. You'll meet students and families, speak at schools, work with agents, and represent us at education fairs and events in the countries

As the key representative of Business School in North Africa, you'll play a vital role in driving student recruitment by building trust and long-lasting relationships. Your work will take you across diverse markets, where you'll visit schools, attend student fairs, and collaborate closely with local agents who share your passion for education. You'll engage directly with prospective students and their families-both online and face-to-face-guiding them through their educational journey. Hosting presentations and information sessions, following up diligently, and working hand-in-hand with admissions and marketing teams, you will ensure a smooth recruitment process. Throughout, you'll keep track of your progress and report to the Senior Regional Manager, making sure your efforts align with our broader goals.
